The response time for your request is quick. Laura and Luis were great at working on the maintenance request we entered and were respectful of our time. All of the requests were completed and resolved. Two (2) builder or landscaper issues that will be addressed by them when they contact us. The leasing/management team was absolutely amazing - friendly and knowledgeable and made the process completely painless. After a month of searching for rentals and struggling with the process, we found Eden, applied, were approved and leased within a day or so. The homes are beautiful, although be aware depending on your cell carrier and location WiFi is an immediate must as the signal strength can ...be spotty. The neighborhood is clean, well maintained and the other residents seem to be very friendly and warm.
