We really enjoy living at Eden at Sunterra. The community is beautiful, quiet, and family-friendly, and the homes themselves are modern.
Unfortunately, our experience with the management team has been disappointing. It often feels like they’re either understaffed or there’s a lack of follow-through to ensure work orders and requests are completed properly. There have been times when issues weren’t fully resolved, requiring additional follow-up from us.
Another concern is the number of fees ...
tenants are charged. While we understand that fees are part of renting, we don’t always feel that the level of service matches what we’re paying for. Better communication, accountability, and timely completion of maintenance requests would go a long way toward improving the resident experience.
