Poor Property and Mid for Price
April 22, 2026So, the area used to look cleaner and taken care of, it doesn’t look like that anymore. It looks poor and dirty around the property. They are severely over priced. They charge for the paint job, so black appliances are an extra $200. The room sizes are relatively small, and they are money hungry. Just to move in you have to pay rent and the security deposit is the equivalent of first months rent, but not applied to it. The pool looks dirty, there is a lack of property amenities, it’s just a very ...mid expensive property. For the price, I strongly encourage you to look around… I promise you can find better. Alternatively, Diou and Marley were super friendly tour guides and made the experience feel less traphouse-ish.Property Manager Responded

I am excited

We did a walk in for a tour of the townhome. When I say we were amazed by how much space you get for the price, for it being in Reynoldsburg as well as it is in a great location.
