September 6, 2025I think these rental properties consultants should really take into consideration that if people can pay their rent on time and have good rental history these other income requirements should be out of the window. They can be very extra cause if I was able to show my salary bringing home 4500 to 5000 a month in income do you think I would be renting. Hell I will own a townhouse or a condo and get the credit back to me on taxes. These restrictions and requirements be ridiculous. I think since 2019 ...they took advantage of uping these guidelines to make it hard for people and you wonder why so many people are homeless or living in extended stays. Avoid this place!
July 8, 2024It is run by a large, heartless, soul-less corporation that doesn't treat people like people, but like numbers. If you don't have the right numbers (income or credit), you're obviously a bad person. They rejected me. They don't know me, ormy ability to pay my rent on time. Because my numbers weren't right, boom, no chance. If you have less than stellar credit, avoid this place and their$150 application fee.Property Manager Responded

October 20, 2016I've been living here for 2 years and I love it. The staff is so nice and courteous and always go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and that's a plus !!!!!! I have family members that have resided here over 20 years ago and I loved it then. Although the the apartments and town homes can use some upgrades /updates I still love calling Edenbridge home . My Warm and Secure Abode....as I grow older
September 10, 2015At 77 years of age, warmth, coziness and security are so important to my daily life. My apartment complex provides for all three....plus some bonuses! Imagine if you will what it means to an elderly person to know that home is where the heart is. My heart is solidly planted in my new home of over a year. I love my cozy apartment where I am warm in the wintertime and cool in the summers. My building provides a secure environment and easy access elevators. And a bonus not always found in ...apartment dwelling is our first floor which houses several community gathering spaces for tenants to visit comfortably on living room furniture, or in our library/video/snack room. It even provides for a larger sitting area that can accommodate for visiting entertainment, church services, or potluck get togethers. All under one roof!
