WORST EXPERIENCE

I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. There are serious safety concerns that management has failed to address—specifically, homeless individuals regularly sleeping in the foyer. This creates an uncomfortable and potentially dangerous environment for residents, and despite it being an ongoing issue, nothing meaningful has been done to fix it.
On top of that, the leasing terms feel extremely unfair and misleading. Even if you choose not to renew your lease, they still require a ...
60-day notice—and if you don’t give it, you’re charged for two additional months of rent. That means you could end up paying for time you’re not even living there, simply because of fine print buried in the contract.
Overall, this has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve had. Between the lack of security and the rigid, costly lease policies, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a safe and fair place to live.

Edgar I've been really happy with my studio/one-bedroom at the Edgar in Cincinnati's Central Business District. The location is fantastic—walkable to dining, entertainment, and everything downtown has to offer. The apartments feel modern and well-designed with nice finishes.

So far, my time here has been entirely smooth sailing. Michelle, the property manager, has been very prompt and helpful throughout the process of moving in and over the past several months of living here. Steve, who does maintenance, is extremely quick to respond to requests and always gets the job done. For the price and location, this building is unbeatable, and the staff has been the cherry on top.
