The Best Spot in FSQ
August 14, 2025Lived here for a little over two years and cannot say enough great things about the building, maintenance, amenities, office staff, and location as a whole. The monthly events hosted in the maker’s room were worth the time to stop by. Walking distance to great eats, coffee spots, and cutie bars. Gym was always clean and all the equipment was in working condition consistently. Parking readily available in the private lots and close by free parking spots for visiting friends. Great location Okay utilities
October 2, 2024Walking distance to food recreation business etc. Recently built building good appliances clean etc. Unfortunately minimum one internet outage a month if not more and power outages every few months. Also lots of people ignoring the no smoking rules.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
June 25, 2024I came to Edge 35 in June of 2023 and I could not be happier about my choice! I have lived in several "luxury" complexes in the downtown Indy area and Edge by far has been the best. From my first appointment, to move-in, to lease renewal, it has been a super smooth and transparent process. Kinsey is THE best leasing agent I've ever had. You can really tell she and the other staff go above and beyond to make us feel supported and at home. Additionally, the property is really cute and very well ...maintained - not to mention the best location for someone who loves Fountain Square! Best Apartment in Fountain Square
June 25, 2024The location of this apartment is unbeatable. You can walk and bike to so many coffee shops, book stores, bars, stores etc in less than 10 min. I renewed my lease and would recommend to others.
June 14, 2024Lived here for 1yr+. The staff is phenomenal and has listened to every concern, the maintenance man is also kind and has helped fix anything i've needed. The property is well kept and clean. I've never had any issues with parking or receiving packages. The only downsides are that if you face the main road you hear a lot of fire trucks go by since it's next to a fire station, however it's in an urban area so noise occasionally is expected.Property Manager Responded
