I recently stayed at Edge Estates and while the accommodation itself was satisfactory, my experience was significantly marred by the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff, particularly one individual.

multiple requests. This neglect of basic maintenance reflects poorly on the management's commitment to tenant satisfaction.
Furthermore, the behavior of the front desk lady was particularly disappointing. On two separate occasions, I approached her to collect a parcel, only to be met with indifference as she engaged in gossip with colleagues. Despite explaining the urgency of the situation, she dismissed my concerns, citing her lunch break as a priority over attending to my needs. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service is unacceptable.
In light of these experiences, I cannot in good conscience recommend Edge Estates to others. It is evident that there are systemic issues within the management and staffing of the establishment that need to be addressed promptly. I urge the authorities to take notice of this review and consider reevaluating the staff, particularly the front desk employee whose demeanor and behavior detract from the overall experience of residents. Until these issues are resolved, potential tenants may want to explore alternative accommodation options.
