April 27, 2025Wonderful Experience I lived at the Edge on 4th for approximately a year. My job involves my moving fairly often, but this property is a place I would have loved to spend more time at. It is within walking distance of the clubs, restaurants, the many events on 4th Street, and the riverfront park. The building is kept clean and offers more amenities than I can list here. The staff is incredibly responsive and friendly. They processed my application and placed me in an apartment in roughly two ...days. Entry to the community is gated with on-call security. My stay was exceptional from day one, not just because of the property and its amenities but also because of the amazing office staff who made it feel like home.Property Manager Responded

October 22, 2024Happy at the Edge on 4th Mariah and the front office are wonderful. Any questions or issues that we have ever had (which have been very few) have been handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment complex is mostly nicely kept and they are always striving to enchanted things and make things better for the residents. I think that is fairly affordable and comfortable complex that offers great amenities and a great location downtown. Security is on campus periodically thought out the day and have a ...24/7 hotline to call in case of emergency or need. We have lived here for over a year now and just extended our lease happily! We truly enjoy living at the Edge and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and great living space downtown!Property Manager Responded
