It has been an absolute joy to live here! The accessibility and support of the apartment managers, maintenance crew, and security are top tier. The community events put on for residents are lovely! The location on the Beltline can’t be beat. And the amenities and floor plans of the apartments make me feel like I living in a hotel. Very grateful to be living in my dream apartment!

Great team protective security

I visit the edge on yesterday from the looks of the property on the outside was very nice and clean.I pulled in parking garage to the right and noticed a visible security guard which made me feel very safe. I spoke with Ms.Hunt on potentially moving in once my lease is up..I walked in the office and was greeted by Justin and Haley. I’m looking forward to moving here..

Beyond just resolving issues, what really stands out is the great everyday vibe. Grabbing a coffee during my trips to the leasing office or just seeing the team around the Beltline always brightens my day. They create such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Seriously the kindest people ever! Everyone who works here is soo helpful and friendly.
