I am very happy with the services and amenities at the Edge Point. The maintenance is actually serious about getting the jobs done. The facilities are always kept clean and readily usable which is also great.

I moved into EdgePoint in June and have loved living here. Brian, the assistant manager helped me find the perfect apartment for me and my dog. The leasing process was a breeze and moving in was actually really easy. Since living here I have really appreciated how clean they keep the common spaces and how friendly the staff have been. The neighborhood is a huge plus, I can easily walk to the grocery store, multiple restaurants/bars and there is even a beautiful park just a few blocks away.

The process from start to finish went quickly and smoothly. I got an appointment to tour the apartment building quickly, and began the application process right away. Brian in the leasing office, worked swiftly and promptly to make sure my application was in its best shape prior to submission. The move in preparation was communicated to me clearly so that I could have a smooth move-in day, as it was. The neighborhood is beautiful with many things to do; and plenty of essential stores within ...

I have moved in in mid January. This community makes me feel very happy. I have all brand new house appliances, feel safe to walk at night to Fred Meyer. There's a club room that I can go in to relax or walk upstairs to enjoy the rooftop. The size of the unit is perfect of working from home.
