hot like a furnace and poor maintenance
November 20, 2019I was a subtenant here for the summer and found several problems with the unit. I have lived in other apartments in Ithaca and have never experienced this kind of heat indoors. The construction is such that the apartment heats up like a furnace in the summer and my multiple requests to fix the AC were attended too very slowly and took the entire duration of the stay-2 months. I have lived in other apartments in Ithaca and have never experienced this kind of heat indoors. Also the laundry ...facility is poor with bad quality washers. Very poor cleaning of common areas and hallways. It is definitely not worth the price.
