September 26, 2019Moved in and within 2 weeks on the top floor, tenant underneath complained about noise from radio. Iphone speaker can only be but so loud. Management telling me that my kids and friends can not park in the parking lot while visiting. Residential parking is a 1/4 mile away in each direction. Walls are paper thin I can hear the tenant down below conversations. Maintenance request ignored for almost two months. Spineless
July 25, 2015In this place, believe in the phrase. "Don't trust a book by it's cover" when you first get your place, everything is new and freshly remodeled, then the cover comes off the book. All the grout starts to crumble, drywall tape begins to peel. Your carpet starts to buckle and come up. Don't expect to tell the landlord/owner because is will begin to shake, then tell you he will get things fix. Nope.
