When I first moved here I was super happy with how beautiful it is, then the cracks started showing. My kitchen sink flooded my apartment due to faulty plumbing and it took them 3 days to come out even though it happened on a Monday morning. I had manually shut the water off myself, and when they came they literally said “well it can’t flood because there’s no water going to it” and left even after I explained that it was because I turned the water off to save my apartment from flooding. took them another ENTIRE day to come back out. Brutal.
They’re also super on top of it when it comes to booting cars, I was parked in my parking spot with my permit and they booted my car. I went to the office and they told me that it was their mistake and that they were sorry but if they let me get my boot off for free then they’d have to do that for everyone. So basically I got charged $175 to park in a parking spot I pay for.
If I could give less than one star I would. Idk what all these reviews are on about, probably bots.
