Not worth your money
June 26, 2023I'm paying for an extra parking monthly only for other people to park there. This has been happening multiple times and I told the staff multiple times. All they say is call the Towing Company or they put a warning paper on their window. Really? It takes 45 minutes for the tow truck to get here. My husband has to wait that long to be able to park after a long day from work in the military? If it's happening multiple times, it shows they're not doing anything to fix this problem. Another thing is ...my neighbor took the leash off the dog and came after this dog came after me trying to attack me. I told the office and told me they could not find the dog I was talking about. They said they would just past reminder flyers to the tenant around my building because it's too many flyers to make if they do that to every unit. Just wow.. I've never had these issue with my other apartments before. This place is something... Don’t waste your money
May 7, 2021It looks nice on the outside but everything breaks. The A/C doesn’t work and they won’t fix it, parking is a hassle, everything is so outdated that the closet doors literally fall off. The staff is not helpful .Property Manager Responded

Great place to stay

May 20, 2020Staff are so helpful when moving in and are consistent in checking up on any needs brought to their attention. Maintenance requests are acknowledged the same day, and fixed as soon as possible. Edgewater has all the amenities you could need and then some! I absolutely love the staff and community, not to mention my own apartment is cozy and simultaneously spacious. Additionally, upgrades are in process throughout the complex. I get so much use out of the pools and tennis court. The community is ...locked, so I never feel unsafe. Edgewater offers so much, I would recommend to anybody!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst apt I’ve ever lived in.
March 1, 2019Everything is outdated, you’re too close to your neighbors can’t even look out my kitchen window without looking into my neighbors living room. There were always spiders in my house even after they would call for my house to be on the list for spraying. Two of the car washes didn’t even work there was always someone parking in my stall that I had to pay for. On move in day they hit me with a bunch of hidden fees that we’re not discussed on the phone. The apts are crazy small and the decor was ...that of a 1970’s trailer. We were shown pictures of a big nice apartment and that is not the one we were moved into upon arrival. I absolutely hated every second I lived here. The only good thing about this place would be the maintenance staff was quick to fix things and the ladies in the office were often very helpful and considerate with problems. Even one of the employees on staff in the office said they have often had to lie to get people in there. The “walk-in” closets aren’t even walk in. In the fitness center the machine are often broken down and who knows when they’ll be fixed the pool was great when it was clean and not drained. they also didn’t tell us that we would have to pay 5$ for a wash card to do laundry in a laundry room that gets steaming hot in the summer time and has no A/C with people often stealing your clothes if you leave for a few minutes. pros and cons
September 7, 2017PROS: there's more than one pool a washing area and a place to wash your car. its cozy and the staff is always there to help you with whatever you need and stuff usually gets fixed pretty fast over here. it's pet-friendly and the grounds aren't too bad. there's a small gym, a basket ball court, tennis court, and a little bbq area with tables. its gated and everyone gets clicker to open the gates at night the usually stay open through the day until it starts to get dark. These apartments are right ...across from river oaks and not that far from a couple schools and shopping areas. CONS: they didn't inform me that I would have to pay for water, trash, and sewage. I now have to pay for parking even though there are a lot of empty spots and no one actually parks where they are supposed to or people get visitors and they park where they please, I believe its 15 for un covered and 25 for covered. The washing area has 3 washer and 3 dryers and no fan so it gets a bit hot in there during the summer and the gym isn't that cool as far as temp either. the 2 bed 1 bath has a small bathroom and small kitchen but the rooms are a good size so that's a plus. the pounds in the back are a bit gross look at and they don't run them and there are about 3 or 4 car wash stalls but only one works. sometimes they seem money hungry,this place has its ups and downs but it's not terrible and most of the amenities are great.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Place!
October 11, 2015This apartment is quite cozy. Management is always available to assist you. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We had our apartment carpet cleaned recently with no extra charge since we have been here for three years. They also gave us a brand new stove and fridge. A pet friendly place with three pools, a fitness center and beautiful well kept ponds that are frequented by beautiful wildlife. Overpriced and Outdated
September 7, 2015Have lived here for almost a year, these apartments are overpriced and outdated. The maintenance crew is great and very helpful, however the office staff is very unorganized.
