Avoid if possible
September 16, 2023Avoid these apartments if at all possible. First we spent months going back and forth with them over payment issues where they would either fail to record our payments or they would charge us the wrong amount. Then they came up with a mystery charge that they admitted they could not identify. It also wasn't appearing on my online payment portal, but they still expected it to be paid. I paid it, and then the next month they claimed once again that the mystery charge still needed to be paid. Then ...the pool was closed after Memorial Day. No notice. One day it was open and the next day the gate was *chained* shut with a sign that said "pool closed". That was the last week of May. The office didn't send out a notice about the issue until the end of June. The pool wasn't actually opened again until the first weekend of September. Seems like they just wanted to avoid people using the pool all summer. Now my wife and I are sitting in our car because our apartment is FLOODED with paint fumes. They're painting another apartment in our building, but ALL OF THE WINDOWS IN THAT APARTMENT ARE CLOSED. The fumes have nowhere else to go but through the ventilation. There were ZERO notices sent out regarding renovations/potential smells. Now that there's clearly an issue, I can't even reach the office. Saturday hours show them open until 5pm but no one is there. No one is answering the phone (though they don't answer the phone when they're in the office anyway) and no one is returning calls. This is unacceptable. I would usually avoid leaving a review like this, knowing that I have to continue living here, but I'm assuming this is the only thing that will get their attention. Once again, this is unacceptable. Management not good
November 3, 2022A good location in a nice neighborhood. But other than that the management company sucks they take any chance to charge you fees even taking away payment methods for a extra tax to add to your rent. They try to add 400$ to your rent when you go to resign your lease and have unit inspections about once a month that they always say they can’t make appointments for, so expect them to be in your apartment often. The girls at the front desk are nice but there’s not much they can do their manager ...sucks.Property Manager Responded

Avoid if possible!
July 7, 2022This place is beyond unprofessional when it comes to business. We have had nothing but issues since moving here including roaches. Disgusting and unacceptable for how expensive this place is. Office staff doesn’t seem to care and just tell me the next date pest control is supposed to show, then after waiting all day for pest control, no show at all! Avoid if possible. There’s plenty of other apartments in this area who can maintain pest control. We moved here because it seemed really nice but ...there has been far more bad than good.Property Manager Responded

Not worth it
November 21, 2018The leasing and managing staff is rude and problems are handled in a timely manner. I don’t know if they wrote the bottom review or what, but there never enough parking and it cause problems between residents. Not worth the expensive rent. Stay away!Property Manager Responded

Love Our Apartment!!
November 9, 2019We looked at all the newer apartments in the area and none of them could come close to Edgewater Apartments!!! They are quiet, safe and pretty. Love watching the Canadian geese fly over the apartment every morning from the pond across the street!!! The ladies in the office are super sweet and are willing to help you any way they can. We love our apartment floor plan and how quiet it is. We love the light that shines through and brightens up the whole apartment!!!
