    I lived here for a year….. it was an absolute horrible. We had holes everywhere in the apartment. In the walls, under the sinks, everywhere and rats and mice came out to play all the time. When we called about the holes and mice their solution was to stuff foam in the holes and put down traps which did absolutely nothing as we had a mice problem the WHOLE TIME we lived there. We even bought things Personally and nothing helped. We also had to call 4-5 times before they finally did this and ...
    promised to have an exterminator come out which NEVER HAPPENED. Back to talking about the holes… we had a gigantic hole in the Dining room floor, where the floor literally was sunken in and after calling them a couple times they came in “reinforced it“ and began to sink and sag again, not even a month later. At one point, we had a leak from the AC unit near where that hole was in the floor and a mushroom grew out of the wall where the hole was. Our upstairs neighbors were super loud and always making noise all hours of the night. The management company is absolutely terrible to work with and I would highly recommend just avoiding this place altogether. We made a deal with them for rent and they still tried to Evict us . Oh and the pool is like never open so if you think oh a pool nice amenity it’s not. The only positive thing I have to say about living here is that the maintenance men are very friendly and there’s a lot of places to walk your dog.

    Complex is dangerous. Take a look in the parking lot to see for yourself. People will key your car in a heartbeat. Apartment complex only enforces rules for new tenants while old tenants run this place like its their home block. Strangers in and out same apartments every single day. Renovations are nice, but do not let them fool you into thinking this is a good place to live. Police always in and out especially at O building. Unsafe for children.
