DONT DO IT!!!! Would give it 0 stars
March 30, 2025I lived here for a year….. it was an absolute horrible. We had holes everywhere in the apartment. In the walls, under the sinks, everywhere and rats and mice came out to play all the time. When we called about the holes and mice their solution was to stuff foam in the holes and put down traps which did absolutely nothing as we had a mice problem the WHOLE TIME we lived there. We even bought things Personally and nothing helped. We also had to call 4-5 times before they finally did this and ...promised to have an exterminator come out which NEVER HAPPENED. Back to talking about the holes… we had a gigantic hole in the Dining room floor, where the floor literally was sunken in and after calling them a couple times they came in “reinforced it“ and began to sink and sag again, not even a month later. At one point, we had a leak from the AC unit near where that hole was in the floor and a mushroom grew out of the wall where the hole was. Our upstairs neighbors were super loud and always making noise all hours of the night. The management company is absolutely terrible to work with and I would highly recommend just avoiding this place altogether. We made a deal with them for rent and they still tried to Evict us . Oh and the pool is like never open so if you think oh a pool nice amenity it’s not. The only positive thing I have to say about living here is that the maintenance men are very friendly and there’s a lot of places to walk your dog.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Infestation
May 20, 2023If you love roaches and mouses come here !!! You will have roaches in your closet or plate and mice poop in every corner. The office manager doesn’t care if you have issues the only thing that matter is PAY YOUR RENT - The maintenance team are horrible they are intrusive and incompetent. July 20, 2022I’ve been living here for 2 years now. Currently, the AC has not been working and it’s been 1 and a half weeks since I informed the maintenance guys. The office barely responds and I always get forwarded to the operator line. It feels like living in a sauna in this summer heat. And it is freezing cold in the winter months. The rent is also ridiculous for this place. Don’t let the renovations fool you. The pool has not been open since I moved here. The gym is small. Trash is everywhere. don’t be fooled
July 21, 2021I haven’t lived here a a year and I’m already looking for new places. The get you with an affordable rent and updated look. It was okay for a while then I started to notice the roach problem, thin walls and noisy neighbors who play music through all hours of the night, cops here frequently. My ac unit has had to be looked at three times before they decide to replace it barely had ac this whole summer. Not a good place to call home
June 27, 2021Complex is dangerous. Take a look in the parking lot to see for yourself. People will key your car in a heartbeat. Apartment complex only enforces rules for new tenants while old tenants run this place like its their home block. Strangers in and out same apartments every single day. December 12, 2020Since the day I moved in it’s been a disaster management sucks !! Apartments are falling apart mean while they are newly renovated !! Property is filthy !! Maintenance is lazyReview from Apartments.com

August 14, 2020This place is not worth the money. I cannot wait to leave. The “newly renovated” apartments are poorly done. The floor boards are shifting and falling apart and not to mention the floor isn’t leveled to begin with. There are bugs everywhere from dirty tenants. Don’t even bother calling maintenance because you will receive an attitude from the woman in the office and then who knows when they will show up. This neighborhood has always been trash and they are nearly doubling the old rent because ...they threw some cheap floor & cabinets in here. I have had 4 incidents in the last few months where my water is turned off for hours without warning. The new management sucks along with everything else here. Save yourself some money and find a place somewhere else.Property Manager Responded
