Great location and staff
September 4, 2025I have leaved at Edgewater Pointe since 2020. It is the perfect location for me! It's close to my vet, dentist, doctor, the movies, the mall, and lots of food and shopping. The office staff (Natalie and Casey) are always friendly and attentive to our needs. The apartment is spacious with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The kitchen appliances are relatively new, and the flooring is stylish. The management team is friendly and responsive. Just No
May 31, 2024Been here a little over a year. The area is great but would not recommend living here to anyone. The place has been infested with roaches so se day one, they send pest control out once every few months. It’s impossible to get anything fixed around the apartment. Been putting in maintenance orders for a year and management been telling us they’ll get someone to fix it but now they’re saying our whole apartment needs to be remolded and we’re pretty much stuck in it until we move while the rest of ...the complex gets remodeled. But my BIGGEST ISSUE is that the walls are so paper thin I can literally hear every conversation being held outside, neighbors across the street on their balcony, and in other apartments. And for the price we pay it’s not worth plus not being able to use the amenities because they keep getting shut down.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
