Looking for an apartment for a family member my wife and I were shown an apartment here that was being updated and was told all units were being updated as they were empty. We took pictures of the unit we were being shown. Bottom line. For whatever reason the lady that we had talked with probably 5 times seemed to be a hard working HONEST lady but was no longer there when my family member moved into an apartment that was left as is from previous occupant. The new management denied any apartment ...
updates even though we have pictures of the one we were shown . No updates as we were told. Heat pump is extremely noisy and DOES NOT cool the upstairs AT ALL. After moving in there was no choice but to put in a window AC but then told window units are not allowed. The lower bathroom (Town house) has a key lock door (no key given to renter) that was pulled shut about 1 weeks ago and has yet to be unlocked by management. If i would have seen all of this going to happen my family member would NOT have moved in there. After we told them the carpets were filthy we were told vinyl would be put in the entire bottom floor, On move in day we walked in to see cheap carpet laid only in livingroom and stairs. If you don't care that the new management lies and if you don't care that the heatpump are so old they hardly cool the apartments or if your bathroom door has a key lock on it but you can't gen in it then this is the place for you. We hired a person to clean for us since it needed cleaning before anybody moved in. Good luck !
