The entire community is extremely clean, neat, and well-maintained. From the landscaping to the hallways, everything is kept in excellent condition, which creates a peaceful and comfortable environment every single day. The security here has always made me feel safe. It’s a quiet, respectful community ...where you can truly relax and feel at home. The leasing office team deserves special recognition. They are customer-oriented, attentive, and genuinely caring. Any time I had a question or concern, they responded quickly and professionally. You can tell they take pride in making residents feel valued. And the maintenance team is honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. Every request was handled with high priority, and the work was always done perfectly and on time. They don’t cut corners — they fix things properly the first time. If you’re looking for a place that is safe, clean, peaceful, and managed by people who truly care, Edgewood Village is an excellent choice. The dishwasher doesn't even work and falls out of the wall!!! The office staff is snarky and hateful. They purposefully ticket you for your trash not being in the dumpster, but the dumpster is so full you cannot ever get trash in it. They tow every car of every visitor, even if you register the car as you're supposed to. You absolutely do NOT want to live here. It is the worse place ...I've ever lived and I've lived in quite a few apartments. Please.............it's horrible.Read More

October 3, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe property itself is pretty nice...I've lived here since Oct 2018 & seen very few bugs. Pest control is good, maintenance requests are completed timely. Management has been another story. They are quick to place blame on the resident & don't take accountability for any issues that arise (easier for them to pass the buck than to use 'the customer is always right' rule). As long as you pay your rent on time, submit maintenance requests on the website & don't have to talk to the manager at all, ...it's a good place to call home. Unfortunately lots of the grass has died near the buildings due to the trees so there's not much area for little ones to play. Thankfully there are parks/playgrounds nearby.Read More

The apartment manager is a terrible and rude person, they tow every car whether you live there or not and like to claim that it's not their fault and it's the towing company, well news flash, if you look online everyone's getting complaints about their cars being towed. Get a new company. Definitely not renewing my lease.

October 17, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived at Edgewood Village for the past three years and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. My apartment rarely has issues, and the couple of times I did need service, they responded almost immediately. The parking system is strict, but it keeps out any vehicles that should not be parked here in the first place and gives us rent paying tenants a place to park. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice home at a fair price.

June 30, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for 6 years, I loved the location, so easy to get around DFW. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. One of the great things is, it is very much a community, there is always something going on at the clubhouse for the residents. I have noticed in passing that most of the residents in my 6 years have been the same, so they must be doing something right! Maintenance is always timely with repairs, and the price is very reasonable for the location and area. I would ...definitely live here 6 more years if circumstances were different. September 26, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comOverall, my experience here has been pretty good. The staff does a good job of interacting with the residents, they are pet and kid friendly and the rent isn't bad for the area. Anytime I've had a maintenance issue they were quick to resolve. My biggest complaint is all the noise from outside from a busy street (apts have no control) and there seem to be a lot of spiders in the area but otherwise I'm fine. There are plenty of newer apts in the area but they come with a hefty price tag that I'm ...not willing to pay for a 2 bedroom apt. (I'm a single mom) I also love the elementary school my kid is assigned to so overall this works for me!Read More
