Recent management is not welcoming to the existing tenants

I've started having a very disappointing experience at this rental apartment. The recently changed management has not been welcoming or accommodating. Whenever I raise an issue, they fail to address it promptly or effectively. It's incredibly frustrating to feel ignored when you're paying for a place to live.

Many of the services advertised are often unavailable. The gym, in particular, is poorly managed and rarely in good condition. It's clear that upkeep and maintenance are not a priority for the management.
Overall, my experience here has been quite negative. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living environment.
