October 10, 2025Overpriced, outside and interior nasty. Only one trash compactor for over 300 units, trash everywhere on grounds, staff are iffy. The people they let in are suspect but we know about fair housing.Property Manager Responded

Disappointing in every way
February 26, 2022Horrible management specifically cody. (Source: me and multiple neighbors contacting him with no response) Lies to get you to come in everyone who’s been here is moving out. Appliances falling apart when promised they would be updated. Building and property in serious disrepair. August 14, 2015I love my apartment, it's a one bedroom with a bath and 1/2, which is rare. My rent is reasonably priced. & goes up $5-10 each year. They clear the snow well. & early in the mornings. Staff are helpful & come over the same day I call with a problem The common areas are swept weekly. My apartment faces the woods so there are sauirrels & birds to entertain my two cats. Parking is ample & the carports are not far away. I also have a washer & dryer in my apartment.Review from Apartments.com
