Overpriced, outside and interior nasty. Only one trash compactor for over 300 units, trash everywhere on grounds, staff are iffy. The people they let in are suspect but we know about fair housing.

Disappointing in every way

Horrible management specifically cody. (Source: me and multiple neighbors contacting him with no response) Lies to get you to come in everyone who’s been here is moving out. Appliances falling apart when promised they would be updated. Building and property in serious disrepair. Maintenance can’t solve water heating issues going on or bring someone in worst rental experience of my life hands down!

Washer and dryers were taken over 2 months ago and not replaced, the owners expect one person to handle 2 properties and the poor woman is completely overwhelmed by furious tenants, the rent has doubled while the services offered have been halved, the list goes on STAY AWAY

Meridian Hills North is the Best

Excellent property, family owned. They put pride in all of their apartments. Very pet friendly if you don't like wooded trees and pets then don't move here everybody nearly has a dog. Very quiet, and comfy atmosphere.

I love my apartment, it's a one bedroom with a bath and 1/2, which is rare. My rent is reasonably priced. & goes up $5-10 each year. They clear the snow well. & early in the mornings. Staff are helpful & come over the same day I call with a problem The common areas are swept weekly. My apartment faces the woods so there are sauirrels & birds to entertain my two cats. Parking is ample & the carports are not far away. I also have a washer & dryer in my apartment.
