October 26, 2025It’s too expensive for the value. I can’t even get reliable maintenance service sometimes. Also, the elevators are too much of a hassle. People don’t check on pets with their leases. I know of several tenants with huge dogs that are excluded breeds from the leases.Property Manager Responded

August 28, 2025I’ve been at 811 for 6 years and the building is beautiful and the amenities are great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there have been 4 or 5 property management teams in my 6 years. The majority of the property management teams have been friendly but lacked the skills to efficiently and effectively manage the building.Those teams also lacked responsiveness to calls and e-mails. August 12, 2025Move in process and some follow-up maintenance work were done flawlessly. After a week I feel at home. The location is perfect for getting essentials and a central jump off for going out. I particularly love the mini two way street that allows car services to pull right up to the lobby regardless of where they are coming from. The gym and other amenities are perfect. Two issues. Wish I could have black out blinds in the bedroom. And I wish there was a process to allow tenants to pay a ...deposit for a guest fob (either short or long term). I had a guest the first weekend and they had to coordinate my return to the apartment to get in. Every place I have rented I get 2 keys.Property Manager Responded

July 8, 2025Living at Eight Eleven Uptown is a dream come true! I have resided here since the residence first opened back in 2019...and moving here was one of the best decisions I ever made! The concierge, maintenance, and support staff are amazing. They go above and beyond to deliver the ultimate experience. My apartment is ultra modern with my own unique flair added to it. The amenities in the building are state-of-the-art and very well maintained. What I love most about Eight Eleven Uptown is the ...social aspect. I live in a real community and I have the most wonderful neighbors. There are many social functions hosted throughout the year. And these events have really allowed us to grow as a community. June 18, 2025We have lived here since 2021. Lived in the 2 bedroom corner unit facing lakeshore drive and the beach for 3 years and now live in a 1 bedroom corner unit facing the pool and private patio. Both units are gorgeous. We have no complaints. The building is always clean for having so many residents and always smells nice in the hallways; when there are messes or accidents (maintenance does a great job to clean it up). In terms of noise level , neighbors at least from our experience have always been ...respectful. Pool area and private patio are beautiful and always clean. Floors on the first floor are always bright with soft music playing and furniture changes from time to time to give the space a new feel and look. The library on the first floor is small and beautiful with interesting books. There’s a printer residents can use. The uniqueness in the apartments is in how every unit’s layout is different which makes the building feel like a puzzle. It’s charming and why we live here.Property Manager Responded

June 5, 2025The air conditioning hasn’t worked properly since I moved in. I’ve submitted three maintenance requests. After the first two visits, it still didn’t work at all; after the third visit, it runs but doesn’t cool adequately. On sunny days, the apartment stays above 72 °F, and even when it’s cold outside, the indoor temperature never drops below 70-69 °F—even though it’s 61 °F outdoors—despite the thermostat being set to 67 °F. I’m also concerned because I can hear the AC running constantly as if ...it’s trying to get colder but can’t, and I fear this fault will lead to a very high electricity bill.Property Manager Responded
