June 5, 2025I have enjoyed my time living at 830 Water Tower. The management and office staff is amazing. I renewed for the next year as well. As a college of pharmacy student, having a quiet and safe apartment to study is so important. Maintenance is quick. The price is definitely worth it!Review from Apartments.com
