The area is very quiet and everything is always so well kept! Even when an amenity of the complex goes down for maintenance, it usually isn't for long and the office is very communicative. Speaking of, everyone up front is super friendly and does a great job of helping when they can. My only thing about the experience of living here so far is how thin the walls are. It is very easy to hear my neighbors on either side as well as above when they move just a touch too loud or hard. It can be ...

Eight Winds Apartments has been an excellent place to call home since I moved in on May 2. Joel and Ben were tremendous throughout the leasing and move-in process, making everything straightforward and ensuring I had all the information and support I needed. The community is modern, well-maintained, and in a convenient St. Augustine location, which has made settling in especially easy. Overall, my experience so far has been fantastic, and I’m very happy I chose Eight Winds as my new home.

From the second we walked in, we knew this was the place. Friendly staff and a well taken care of property. The amenities are really nice too, with plenty of opportunity to hangout with others. We also love our apartment space, it has everything we need and feels like our little home.
