March 27, 2026As usually, all is great. Office staff always polite and helpful. Amenities are well kept and even the one time they lacked. An email was sent addressing it. Only complaint is the relentless dog that keeps us awake in the early am.Review from Apartments.com

March 26, 2026Lived at eight winds for over a year, was well maintained for the first couple of months until they started having trouble with management. The hallways haven’t been pressured in God know how long the community area has been let go, the windows aren’t clean, the grill and the dog area everything is slowly falling apart.
