Even when an amenity of the complex goes down for maintenance, it usually isn't for long and the office is very communicative. Speaking of, everyone up front is super friendly and does a great job of helping when they can. My only thing about the experience of living here so far is how thin the walls are. It is very easy to hear my neighbors on either side as well as above when they move just a touch too loud or hard. It can be ...annoying at times, but there's not much that can be done about that. Joel and Ben were tremendous throughout the leasing and move-in process, making everything straightforward and ensuring I had all the information and support I needed. The community is modern, well-maintained, and in a convenient St. Augustine location, which has made settling in especially easy. Overall, my experience so far has been fantastic, and I’m very happy I chose Eight Winds as my new home.

The team was very kind and communicative throughout the entire leasing process. We’re really happy to be here, everyone is friendly, the neighborhood is peaceful, and our kids absolutely love the pool. We truly feel at home
