    I love living here. I love being the first in the unit. It has been a year and I’ve renewed. The easy access off the highway is perfect if you work in any of surrounding areas. Only downside are walls are super thin and you can hear everything, even the highway if you choose a highway facing unit. Leasing staff have been great at accommodating my needs.

    Alta Blue Goose is the best apartment I've lived in since. The most important think with this complex, once you ask for any assistance, whatever tool of communication we use, their staff is flexible and intervenes accordingly. Big up to the entire team.     The trash situation at this complex is terrible. There are only two dumpsters for 300 units. And these dumpster are small and constantly overflowing. It is disgusting!! This needs to be fixed immediately. It is 100F and there is trash everywhere. We are going to get rodents and bugs. FIX THIS!!

    Ulta Blue Goose is a property that sits in an area that is virtually unaccessible except for one Street Surface Street and a tollway. The outside looks average however when you get into the units they're built not to last. I have had laminate pulling up from the floor since day one that I reported to management however they told me that perhaps I didn't want them to come because it would take time to do it all. This was month one of my stay at Ulta Blue Goose. Regardless of what I put here it's ...
    just going to get turned over to the office management and they're going to put together a prompted email to apologize and say is there anything else we can do to make your experience better. Outside of a few decent people in that office it'll just be empty words. Management companies have forgotten their role because they're protected by the chamber of commerce and don't realize that we are indeed the customer and there are expectations to our living. I can't wait to move into my new apartment away from this place the only sad part is I've made some friends on property and I'm going to miss them. This place though it won't even be an afterthought.
