July 22, 2025Smokers everywhere despite the lease stating this is a non-smoking building. You can hear every noise in this building, upstairs neighbors with grandchildren running around all day screaming and dogs barking. Non-residents come from all over town to use the pool. Poor management. They can also raise your rent whenever they please, there is an addendum to the lease stating this, so read the documents if you decide to give this place a tryReview from Apartments.com
