A Place To Call Home
November 18, 2021After a somewhat rocky transition to new management, I still love this place. Diana is an efficient, thorough, kind and helpful manager. These are older homes and the usual maintenance problems occur. Maintenance is dispatched quickly to do repairs. The only problem is loud music that residents play when the office closes. Overall, this is a safe place to live. I’ve been here almost a year and I am satisfied with my home.Review from Apartments.com

Nice spacious 4 bedroom apartment
February 20, 2019I have live at this complex for a little over a year and I love it. It’s a nice size 4 bedroom and i really like it because it’s a townhome. I have not had had any issues since I have lived here. The manager is a pretty cool dude and will do what he can to accommodate when necessary. March 25, 2018The only reason i gave them a star was because a rating is mandatory! Bills are ridiculous i have never paid that much for a condo in my life ! My parents live in a 5 bedroom 3 floor home with over 2000 square footage and their bill is merely half of that. My carpet smells like cat urine and has given me chronic headaches. Moving from out of state has left me to dislike this moving steeping stone! Whatever you do please steer clear of the headache and lack of caring within the managment. August 7, 2017I got lucky to get an updated 3bedroom townhome, I love the new flooring the big windows and the location of my unit since parking is right in front of my place, the bedrooms are decent size the neighbors and staff are friendly and helpful if I need anything. June 24, 2017I wish I could give them 5 stars because this is a wonderful place to live! If you need anything fixed they are there the same day, the leasing agents are easy to talk to... BUT parking is a major issue we have visitor parking and residential parking and the "visitors" parking in the resident park all the time. You will never have a parking sport if your work come home after 4! The rental off ice has still yet to fix this issue and it's going on well over a yearReview from Apartments.com
