August 14, 2015An abandoned 1898 apartment building called the El Moore has been turned into a sustainable living space It has become the perfect place for me to live, with a community oriented environment that is the passion of its owners. My 570 feet two-bedroom apartment is one of ten permanent residences, that also includes Lodge and Hostel space. It has met and exceeded my needs with its aesthetic beauty, original hardwood floors, state of the art appliances and a porch. I am in walking distance of ...the Detroit Historical Museum, Detroit Institute of Arts, the Charles H Wright Museum and many other art galleries, restaurants and entertainment venues.
