Renters beware
January 31, 2017Cockroaches, mice & other pest infestations. Building inspections have been out a few times every year to horrible reviews, that can be read on their website. Poor building maintenance, plumbing issues, mold. Gates (front & back & 'secure' parking hardly ever work properly) Washers & dryers only work sometimes & there are 2 each for the WHOLE building. The "owner" is kept a secret, even the 'mailing' address is a PO box. On-site manager changes every 4-6 months, no one lasts due to all of the ...issues in & around the building. Rental increase are many, yet nothing gets "fixed" properly. Plus they illegally charge late fees in excess that add up every day on top of an initial $75 fee. Absolutely horrible place to live
October 16, 20161. The management is kept a secret. The landlord changes consistently and they were not available and useless. You can't contact anyone above the landlord because they REFUSE to give you the management number. 2. They say it is a quiet place to live but I can tell you once or twice a week there is some kind of domestic violence situation or neighbors yelling at each other for no rational reason. 3. It is NOT a gated community. There are homeless people or drug addicts sleeping in the supposedly ...secure parking area. People purposely break the actual gated areas. 4. It is constantly roach and rat infested. No matter how clean you keep your place. 5. There are 4 laundry machines which are just as useless. They charge you $1.25-$1.75 to dry and wash clothes BUT the dryer is ALWAYS broken regardless of how many landlords you inform.
