great location
December 17, 2025It’s been a nice, safe, and clean place to live. Close to HEB , Walmart and so many other shops. They keep up with lawns and landscaping. Office personnel has been very helpful with any issues. Elevators have been a great perk. Small grassy dog area is nice. Exercise area with nice equipment. Chair yoga is offered.Property Manager Responded

September 28, 2022This is revised from my earlier post regarding a circuit breaker constantly shutting off every night. Originally the maintenance staff discovered a loose screw but the problem continued. The maintenance supervisor, Pablo decided the breaker needed replacing, which did fix the problem. Both Maintenance men did an excellent job. They were curteous,, professional, and knowledgeable. I believe the new staff at ElSereno are really trying to make things better for all of us here NOW if they can ...just stop those fire alarms from going off?Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Nice
April 16, 2019I put El Sereno with 2 stars only because I moved in here almost 2 months ago and my apartment still has things messed up that I wrote on the list that I turned in at my move in date. The patio door has been a major issue from day one and still is. As I cleaned my windows sills the other day a screen was not properly placed in. The sliding door to my closet does not shut correctly. They also know that my front door is not correct and that there is a dent in my refrigerator door. I’m also paying ...more then 30% of my income which is the maximum requirement for anyone to pay in a house payment or rent.
