Overpriced and not well maintained, unfair practices keeping security deposit
September 20, 2023During my very short stay here, my rent on this overpriced small apartment was increased one time. One time I had a bathtub full of sewage and an ongoing in issue with a bedroom wall full of mold. I was not offered compensation or accommodation for either. Yet when I moved out, they kept my security deposit and even charged me an overage for "pet damages and carpet replacement." Which probably would be fair IF I HAD A PET. Not only have I never had a pet, I never had one on the premises during my ...time there. And they knew this because I signed a waiver indicating such.
