Overall pretty good, but...
October 29, 2020The Good: Great location, tucked away out of the busier areas of Fitchburg. Amenities are great. Most residents are really awesome. The staff are friendly and courteous. Pretty cheap pricing for what you get (Sq footage, amenities, storage, heated underground parking). The Bad: There is construction going on in the subdivision behind the complex, so depending on where you are you will hear a lot of heavy machinery throughout the day. This will probably go on through 2021. There also seems to be ...a silent battle going on with that same subdivision as dog owners seem to not want to pick up after their animals. There also seems to be a problem with the fire alarm system that the property feels the need to test it at a minimum once per month, REALLY inconvenient for people who have to work from home. The property has a "Utility Reimbursement" clause in their contract so if you are budgeting for an exact dollar amount, good luck. There are at least 4-5 smaller additions to your account throughout the month. Rather than nickel and dime people, why not just increase the actual price of the rent? The place is already cheap enough as it is.Property Manager Responded

Great Location!
March 12, 2020I have a friend who currently lives at Elan and every time I visit her I wish I lived there! I am hoping to move to Elan this summer if they have any openings. The other residents and staff are friendly and welcoming. The property is located in a quiet area with the super Target right down the road which is amazingly convenient!Property Manager Responded

Hidden Gem of Fitchburg
March 10, 2020My goodness this place is a hidden gem. Its right on the edge of Fitchburg and it is a beauty to behold. I cannot get over the location and the price. I am a huge plant person and my balcony is covered in flowers. There is so much sunlight and it makes my home feel magical!Property Manager Responded
