June 5, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comJust completed my 2 weeks and loved every thing about the Elan Polo Gardens apartment, management and maintenance team. Beautiful apartment, feels newly built, high end countertop, cabinet, bath, sinks, flooring, paint, blinds... Everything look and feel high end. I noticed minor issues with paint chip and blind and they were promptly addressed. Best part is full lake view from the balcony on the 3rd floor and stroll around the lake witnessing gorgeous birds and their families welcoming us to be ...their neighbors. Still have not explored many amenities, like gym, pool, common areas but they all look great and looking forward to cherish them. Cappuccino in the leasing office is cherry on the top! Management team deserve special credit including Jordan, Yolanda and Megan for making the decision making process so easy. Not a single thing comes to my mind scoring less than perfect score.
