October 7, 2025I have loved living here for nearly 5 years. It’s a beautiful complex with great amenities in a terrific location. The management is very responsive to residents’ concerns, and it’s a nice perk that they plan community gatherings a few times a month. I think they really try to build a sense of community. The pet-friendly atmosphere is terrific. One of the most beloved features is the pool. It’s great that it offers among other things a sunset view.Property Manager Responded

Avoid Living at Elan Union
April 2, 2025The management team at Elan Union consistently fails to support tenants. As others have pointed out, they lack accountability, empathy, and clear communication. Important notices and reminders are often sent only after an issue has already occurred, leaving residents frustrated and uninformed. Package deliveries are another ongoing headache. If your package isn’t in the mailroom, be prepared for a scavenger hunt across three other locations just to track it down. Overall, the lack of ...responsiveness and poor management make living here far more frustrating than it should be. Didn’t want to leave
January 3, 2025I lived in 2 different 2 bedrooms during my stay at Elan. I never once had a problem. The leasing staff has always been kind and accommodating. Maintenance is wonderful. I was devastated leaving when I made a long distance move. The property manager John has always gone above and beyond to keep the building peaceful. He’s put on great community events and was the highlight of my stay. He made sure my requests were always met or we could come to a reasonable compromise. Overall a stellar ...community.
