"Not Recommended – Especially for Students"
January 2, 2025This complex has been a disappointing experience. Amenities like the pool and gym are poorly maintained, and hidden move-out charges are common despite normal wear and tear. The frequent police presence due to tenant-related issues creates an unsettling atmosphere. Noise levels, marijuana smells and neglected common areas like commonly used stairwells make it unsuitable for students or anyone seeking a quiet, well-managed environment.
