"Not Recommended – Especially for Students"
January 2, 2025This complex has been a disappointing experience. Amenities like the pool and gym are poorly maintained, and hidden move-out charges are common despite normal wear and tear. The frequent police presence due to tenant-related issues creates an unsettling atmosphere. Misrepresentation of Rent Cost
July 23, 2024I do not recommend looking at this property with the new management. Existing renters cannot transfer to lower-cost units, and vacancies are increasing for a good reason. We were quoted one price in the morning only to be told a substantially higher price in the afternoon. We are filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and BBB. The bait and switch postings do not believe. At least be honest about your noncompetitiveness. This is complete nonsense.Property Manager Responded
