It is right off of two main freeways! Off of grand parkway which is considered 99 and then off of interstate 10! Another major freeway! Luxurious apartments and very spacious! Amenities are amazing as well! I highly recommend checking this place out if you desire to live in Katy Texas!

when I came here with my family to give a tour, everybody was super nice. I believe the manager her name is Darlene super sweet, super respectful. Her attitude was so great also yahaira she gave us a very good tour explained everything very well and left me with no questions. Everybody in the office is super sweet and I absolutely love their company.

I moved in at the end of June and I can honestly say I've enjoyed my time so far. The few times I've used the gym and clubhouse, the amenities were well taken care of. My neighbors have been nothing short of sweet. I have to give thanks to the incredible staff as well for making my move in process a cakewalk and making me feel welcomed. Especially the community manager Darlene, she was so patient with all my questions. Overall, I'm excited to continue my journey at Elation at Grandway West!

I absolutely love living here! The property is beautiful, very clean, and incredibly quiet. The maintenance team is amazing—they're always friendly, helpful, and quick to take care of anything that comes up. The office staff is just as wonderful. They're welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.

I’ve been here for three years , started out with just 1 bedroom me and my littles and transferred for more space as my daughter turned 2 . They have been nothing short of amazing since 2023 and I would never regret choosing this as my first home in a new city away from everything I knew .
