Document tampering by management
July 2, 2025I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with the new management at Element 250. After I completed my lease and returned my keys on June 2, I received only $20 back from a $1,775 security deposit — without any itemized list, receipts, or invoices explaining the deductions. Even worse, a document I signed during the move-out walkthrough was later tampered with — someone wrote “No SD Refund” at the top after I had already signed it, without my consent or knowledge.
