May 16, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe management in this building is very very poor, and they won’t give you back your deposit no matter what , I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The packaging system is a joke , they have a camera in the package room just for show I’m pretty sure it doesn’t work. They only care about your money nothing else, if I could give this place 0 star rating I would and also every single day there’s a fire alarm blaring multiple times for the day . Document tampering by management
July 2, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with the new management at Element 250. After I completed my lease and returned my keys on June 2, I received only $20 back from a $1,775 security deposit — without any itemized list, receipts, or invoices explaining the deductions. Even worse, a document I signed during the move-out walkthrough was later tampered with — someone wrote “No SD Refund” at the top after I had already signed it, without my consent or knowledge.
