The worst building manager in Charleston. Sentinel does not care about tenants health or happiness nor addressing any serious building issues. An Aug 5th storm caused roof leaks into approx 8 apts. Our kitchen ceiling leaked and partially collapsed revealing extensive (existing/resulting) mold. 7 plus months later and it is still not fixed. Meanwhile we live with a temporary patched ceiling covering the mold they refuse to acknoledge exists and their only response is, "we're working on it." ...
Specific emailed questions are conveniently left answered by the building mgr. To confirm their short-sightened inconsideration towards tenants, our lease renewal included a rent increase!
Please read the other reviews; the parking is a huge issue. 1 pass per unit and a majority are compact spaces. No guest parking. Security gates to garage constanly broken so kept open. Elevators frequently out of order. CHOOSE ANOTHER BUILDING!

According to our records, there have been no leaks in your unit for months. While we are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns, we ask for respectful communication moving forward.
Max of 2. Only one nonrefundable fee for 1 or 2 pets of $350 due at move-in. Monthly pet fee of $20 per pet. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.
