    I contacted Element Barclay the beginning of August about moving in August 15th and they were so understanding, helpful, and their employees communication was unmatched. I’ve never rented from a property that was so organized. The appliances are top notch, many great options for different floor plans, and the landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. Dog friendly community as well!

    I feel so blessed that I found this quiet and safe community to live in. I have wonderful neighbors, a great staff of people working here and incredible surroundings (the pool and grounds are always clean and perfect)! This is the best place in Wilmington to live and get to call home!

    This is truly a great place to live . The staff are all so friendly and helpful . The grounds and clubhouse area are always very well maintained. If there is an issue with maintenance, they respond right away . I would definitely recommend .

    The staff is so kind, welcoming and patient. A lot of places don’t have great customer/client service but Element Barclay is NOT one of them. I appreciate that so much! Also, the monthly calendars and planned activities are amazing! I moved here alone without knowing anyone, so good to know I always have something to do.
