January 20, 2025Do not rent here. They act nice in the beginning of course because it’s their job but they treat you unfairly. They ignore your emails when you have concerns. They have bugs in the apartments, but like to argue and say they don’t and they don’t care about your needs. good but over priced
June 28, 2024good place and its a fair price but the gates don't work 95% of the time, so loud at 6 am with people who don't care that others are sleeping. people will drive blasting music at 12 am. they do construction and yard work at 6 am. people here are really nice to you and usually keep to themselves. Maintenance is really quick and super nice so I will give them that. Expect to add 300$ to your monthly rent for all the fees. Good luck trying to sleep thoughProperty Manager Responded
