Great Space Good Price
February 4, 2026Been here a couple years now and love it! The neighbors have been cool and the staff has been helpful! It’s funny how people like to leave bad reviews when they don’t get their way (I’ve been around long enough to see). Mr Ken has been so great in making sure this property stays beautiful. I can say I have experienced nothing but good things. Kirkwood area is so nice so I plan to stay for a while.Review from Apartments.com
ROACHES
September 11, 2023Do not listen to the 4 stars review they have roaches. random leaks and the bath tub’s plaster chips bc it’s out dated and cheap. when we first got there out unit had RATS not mice RATS. SAVE YOUR MONEY.Property Manager Responded

Do not recommend
March 16, 2020Do not rent from here, learn from my (very expensive) mistake! My fiance's car got stolen from The Element on May 22, 2019. This was after the office was aware of multiple car break-ins and took no action to increase security or prevent people from getting in (residents told the office where they were jumping the fence). After going back and fourth with the office for over a month, the manager finally told me that they looked at a couple of hours of footage "as a courtesy" and didn't see them ...taking his car, and that the cameras at the gates are there to see who damages their gates and not for the safety of their renters. When we see people jump the fence we are told to call the on-site courtesy officer (who will get back to you hours later) and leave a message. So you are left crossing your fingers and hoping that the people that constantly break-in to cars, because nothing is being done to stop them, doesn't break in or steal yours. The quality of the apartment is not good, we had constant leaks from our kitchen ceiling and even out of the vent fan in the bathroom. When maintenance comes the day after and it isn't leaking anymore, they say there is nothing they can do. The apartment was dirty on move-in day, dead bugs everywhere (I have talked to multiple other tenants who had this same issue) and an awful smell. Unfinished/scratched floors and peeling paint were also issues we had in our "new" apartment on move-in day. The tub started bubbling and peeling after cleaning it one time, uncovering rust spots and blue tile underneath.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
