Great Experience

This is our first apartment complex with good communication between tenants and management, and a place that actually feels like home. Wonderful staff/communication
February 8, 2026In school or out, these are probably some of the best apartments you’ll find in Green Bay for the price. Having rented multiple places in Green Bay if you have to find a apartment complex that communicates and manages like elevate does. Working with Kayla, getting moved in, and communicating all questions or concerns has been simple and swift. I currently rent a lower level, and I am thoroughly surprised with the level of sound Insulation that has been used in the walls.Property Manager Responded

Comfortable living

Living in Elevate at Baird Creek
February 2, 2026I’ve had a great experience living at Elevate at Baird Creek. The community is clean, modern, and well maintained, and the apartments themselves are spacious with updated finishes that make them feel comfortable and new. The layout is practical, and there’s plenty of natural light, which I really appreciate. The management and maintenance teams are professional and responsive. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly, and communication from the office has been clear and ...helpful. It’s nice living somewhere where issues are taken seriously. The property amenities are another big plus. Everything is kept in good condition, and the overall community feels quiet, safe, and respectful. Parking has been convenient, and common areas are consistently clean. Location-wise, Elevate at Baird Creek is close to shopping, dining, and major roads, which makes daily errands and commuting easy. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live, and I would recommend Toonen Elevate Apartments to anyone looking for a modern, well-managed apartment community.Property Manager Responded

Happy to live here
February 2, 2026I have been living here for 6 months and can say by far this has been the best experience. Especially in the winter. They are all plowed & cleaned up before 8 am. I also really appreciate the text messages about what is going on in the community from simple text about redoing the pavement to simple reminders about the seasons. Also, clean neighborhood all around, Great location to gas stations and grocery stores. Right off the highway for easy access.Property Manager Responded

Home Away From Home
August 28, 2024I have lived here for 4 years now, and it has transformed into my home away from home. If you want to live in a safe community, this is a great choice! The staff is amazing as they communicate quickly and effectively and help out with so much! These apartments are a luxurious feel for a great price!
