Infested with roaches!
December 26, 2019Do not live here! These apartments used to be called crown villas now it’s called Elevate. These apartments are infested with roaches there’s no way to get rid of them unless they literally torn down the buildings and started over. My brother has been living here for about 1 year and has not been able to rid of them. They are starting to renovate which looks great but EVERYTHING will be ruined because of the infestation. Unfortunately during our walkthrough there was not one onsite but the day he ...moved in roaches were dead alongside the borders of the wall so look in that area also in the cabinets we found a bunch dead too.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good starter
June 8, 2019There really isn't anything good to say about this place. Just beware of the new owners giving almost $100 in one day late fees. There isn't any pet monthly charge, just a flat deposit upon moving in, wake up to roaches on you. It's just reasonable good starter place if you're new in town.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible front desk
March 28, 2018I'm only rating because I have to. This place is and absolute nightmare. The guy at the front tells you to go else where and the hangs up or he yells at you and hangs up. He needs to find a different place to work because he is absolutely horrible. I was looking for a place to live and he tells me to go somewhere else and hangs up on me. So I call back and he saids I told you to go else where I'm full and hangs up. If this is how you run a business you did me a favor and probably others. Really nice suprise!
October 21, 2017I've lived here for 8 mos as a full-time student with a dog. I chose the studio because I wanted someplace low maintenance. I am very happy with my choice. I had issues with the guy upstairs being unreasonably loud and after discussing the matter with management the problem was resolved. The fact that the rent includes a health club membership is an amenity I couldn't live without. I have a dog and she is welcome here. This is a dog friendly complex and most people are good about picking up ...after their pets. Security is good, my neighbors are friendly and I appreciate the work the staff does to keep the community looking good. GREAT PLACE
July 14, 2016I just moved into a studio here and couldn't be happier with it. I used padmapper to check out studios all around the area and couldn't find a better deal or location. Terry made the move-in process great, even meeting me after hours to give me the keys. On moving in I found the apt to be spotless and in generally excellent condition, as is the rest of the property. Terry has also helped me out by receiving packages delivered and then putting them in my apartment for me while I was at work! ...What other apartment would provide that kind of customer service? Every guest I've had over has said 'wow, I need to look into this place'. Diamond in the Desert
October 10, 2015I have been a resident at Crown Villas for over two years. I left to go out of state for three months and came right back! The community is quiet & peaceful, but also active and fun! There are always people outdoors enjoying the amenities, and it gives the place a strong "homey" feeling. My apartment is very spacious with a lot of storage, so I have a place for everything, and then some! I am within walking distance to 2 major Grocery stores, many fast food and restaurant options, and the main ...city bus route! The value that you get for the price you pay is great. Rent at your own risk
July 28, 2015We rented for 3 years. When we moved in the manager had the carpets cleaned and dyed and informed us that we would not be charged for the carpets. So 3 years later and 4 managers later due to theft by every other manager we were charged over 2500$ for 5 year old carpet. So beware of what your told or promised.. Get it in writing and take pictures because they will lie and keep all your deposits.Property Manager Responded

Great and beautiful place to live!
August 14, 2015Very affordable for people who are having trouble with money and other things. It is very nice place a good place in town close to everything and very nice people who live there and work there! They have handicap acessable which is great for me! It's just a great place to live and be apart of!! They have a gym and a elevator, they also have a great pool.
