September 5, 2025Jessica gave me a tour of the premises and units. I really liked the layout and how clean and luxurious it felt. She was very knowledgeable and courteous during the tour. November 7, 2022The maintenance team is awesome whenever they are requested. The gates have work a total of 6 times since I’ve been a resident. I moved here in March and it’s November. The courtesy officer is never available to address the noise issues that occur daily. I’ve told the leasing office of the noise issues and nothing has been resolved since I moved in. Crossing at McDonough Apartment Complex
July 19, 2022My experience with the Management and Staff, has been world class. They addressed my every concerns, they were very responsive. I have had the best experience so far with the Staff, as well as with the Resident Resource Officer, from the McDonough Police Department. This is truly the definition of customer service and I am happy I choose the Crossing At McDonough. Of course they are tlc issues, like the gate and the trash areas, but in my opinion the residents are the one who keeps dumping ...trash in front of the receptacle (smh) and they broke the arms off the gate(so the residents can be more mindful as well) over all, it’s a wonderful community to live.Property Manager Responded

March 15, 2022I have enjoyed my time here so far it's just the security issues that are becoming an annoyance. The group of kids from the neighborhood behind here can't seem to be controlled and we can't enjoy everything that we pay for due to that. The issue with the gate or cars being broken into and things like that are becoming more popular. I am noticing McDonough Police cars around more often.
