Nice and Modern but Walls are thin and floors echo!
February 28, 2020From a visual standpoint this apartment has everything, except ceiling fans in the bedrooms. However, my downstairs neighbors hear my footsteps and I hear my upstairs neighbors footsteps and their young child running and jumping constantly. I feel unsafe
November 23, 2019In my opinion, terrible management team and unsafe apartments. Had fire in building today. Flooded several apartments but fire alarm did not sound until about 45 minutes to an hour after the flooding started. Neighbor called building management as soon as water started coming out of his walls and ceiling, but no response. 911 called, but fire department could not shut off water because did not have access to a locked room. Building management sent someone approximately 45 minutes later, but he ...also did not have key. In my opinion, because of management's negligence in taking so long to respond and not sharing key with that person, more damage than was necessary occurred. Also, unsure why alarms are not sounding when there's a fire. I feel unsafe living here. Also new management that raises fees in middle of lease, including charging for services that were once free. Regrettable mistake. Lesson learned. Spoke to management about this. Threatened to kick me out of office because I used a curse word when asking about their response to my safety concerns.Property Manager Responded

Warm and Friendly
October 11, 2019We have lived in any communities but Alta Brighton Park has been the best experience thus far. The staff has been warm and friendly through the whole process. No matter, how many times I had to contact Dawn, trying to get our application processed, she was helpful and welcoming. Since moving in, everyone is still friendly and helpful. Smooth and Easy
May 5, 2019Such an amazing experience! From the initial tour all the way through the application process and moving in, the staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The complex is beautifully built and decorated and there is so much offered ( pool area, library/cafe, dog park, park, soon to be car station, etc.). Not to mention the location is amazing with how much Summerville is being built up!Property Manager Responded
