May 4, 2025Apartments are falling apart. I pay significantly more for a renovated one only to find out they did a terrible job. My bedroom flooded. They “fixed it” by leaving a pack of razor blades under the repaired carpet and then not fixing the cause of the flood so that next time it rained, bedroom flooded again. Im constantly having maintenance out to work on my AC. When I first moved in in September, I had maintenance out multiple times a week for a month. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the all ...powerful woman in charge but she’s ignoring my emails like a child ignoring the word no. Do not waste your time, energy, or money here. Trust me. March 8, 2023In the last year or so, Dawson Forest has been blessed with a new property manager. The previous managment was horrible. Ms Harper was hired and there was immediate improvement. Don't Get Your Hopes Up
October 22, 2020Don't get your hopes up, more than half the apt's are all carpet and tile inside. With no ceiling fans at all. There was outdoor patio tile inside my apartment. There is a bunch of false advertisement shown for Dawson Forest. Only a few have all the nice things the complex says the apt's have.Review from Apartments.com
