Completely unprofessional, Terrible communication.
I was close to moving in to this apartment complex but it didn’t take long for them to be marked off my list.
I applied and paid $375 which was a $300 deposit and $75 application fee/NO ADMIN FEE/
I was ready to sign the lease and pay the whole 13 months rent in advance. Unfortunately they never called me back to let know I had been approved.
I called them after seeing an “I’ve been approved email” FOUR DAYS after I actually applied.

be moved in by FEBRUARY 2nd and when I looked at lease they presented, it said February 10th would be move in date.
I called to let them know because of their error I will not being moving forward and I also sent an email regarding my $300 deposit which I didn’t get a response to, so I called the next day. Jessica proceeded to tell me they will be taking $150 out of my deposit for admin fee.
This place is a joke, save you self a year of stress like I did (:

Spectacular Views & Premium Location

If first impressions are everything, then I could not have been more satisfied with my experience when I toured Elevation Apartments last week. Ariana who is the property Manager is a true professional. She asked me what things are important to me in an apartment so she could help me find the right one.
She showed me one of the units that would fit my needs but she also had another one that I was interested in even more because of the views and it was available to show me Monday which I was ...
going out of town so she arranged to show it to me virtually on Monday via FaceTime.
She called me at the exact time we discussed and walked me through the unit she suggested for me. It was incredible and I knew that was the apartment for me. She even took a video of the apartment and texted it to me so I could further review while I was out of town. That was very helpful.
In addition to brand new floors, countertops, and stainless steel appliances, the city light views from the balcony were exquisite.
There is a small but awesome fitness center that is on the top floor of the clubhouse by the pool. There were no corners being cut here as the fitness equipment was all Life Fitness which is top quality. And even better the views of the Catalina Mountains from the fitness center have to rank among the best I have ever seen.
My experience at Elevation in Tucson and especially with Ariana was world class. She is an exemplary professional.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

I was so excited to live here… the model they showed was so nice and the area they looked decent. I only had a single weekend to find a place to live. Since I didn’t live here and for some reason they couldn’t show me any units available, I had to have them send me a picture of the view at the least of my apartment.
Fast forward a month and a half- I get a call 2 days before moving in that my apartment isn’t ready yet… but fortunately it had a worked out. When I arrived, it was not finished ...
yet.. 0 caps on any light switches, outlets, no hot water, maintenance guy in my apartment at 9pm( bless him though).
Woke up the next day, the view is not what they sent me.. and IT WAS A COMPLETE BAIT AND SWITCH. My apartment looks nothing like the model (when they say renovated, they mean repainted).
Now we are 2 weeks into living there…
1. THE HOT WATER GOES OUT… it’s been almost a month and still not back on…
2. My keys don’t open the gates and they is usually a gate that’s always open!! I DONT FEEL SAFE LIKE THAT
3. Still no switches or caps on several outlet / switches (COMPLETE CODE VIOLATION)
4. Half the washer and dryers work- or the payment doesn’t work.
5. I submitted a email in regards to all of this trying to be CIVIL, but they have yet to respond.
NOW I AM SICK FROM NOT HAVING HOT WATER. Are they going to pay for my day off? I can’t get my patients sick.

When I first moved in I was very happy with this place. Shortly after this place turned into a nightmare and it only gets worse. After new management took over it has been a disaster. It seems like they don’t know what they’re doing, very disorganized and always giving you different information. AC is always out. It’s been 80+ in here for almost two weeks and they have yet to fix the issue. They shut the water off constantly for “fixing” it almost feels like every other day you’ll have no water ...
for long periods of time. I have had constant issues with the water since move in, no cold water in my bathroom sink or shower. No matter how many times they shut it off and “fix” the issue it’s not really resolved. Sometimes the water does whatever it wants, and changes temperatures on you burning you in the process. I previously had two wasp nests sitting on my balcony for almost three weeks. Constantly put in work orders via app and called and they kept saying they would send a professional to handle the issue. Meanwhile, these wasps were getting into the apartment in large numbers, sometimes up to 8 or 10. They never did send any professionals, maintenance ended up showing up at my door and asking me for my wasp venom and broom to handle the issue. Didn’t even fully take down the nests, and I still get couple wasps in here every now and then. Although the number has decreased to 2-3 here and there. Every time you try and get a hold of someone at the office via phone they don’t answer. I’ve called multiple times several times over the span of a couple of days and my calls go to voicemail. Issues never get resolved at once you have to be constantly on top of them. Parking is terrible. Good luck finding a spot ever. Overall this place is terrible. Not worth your money or time. Save yourself the trouble.

The chillers constantly aren’t working but they are always “fixing” it. The water is constantly shut off. We have lived here for a year and a half and have had our water shut off well over 50 times and for long periods of times. The apartment quality is mediocre at best. The parking is a NIGHTMARE. The management obviously does not care about its tenants. They can barely even be bothered to answer the phone. This place is a joke.

Live here for 4 years. There has been an insane amount of different staff. However I will say that most the staff except for 1 was always kind and friendly to me and my children. Water is always getting shut off. The "air conditioning " doesnt not work. There was never a day that is was below 85 in the apartment during spring, summer and fall. I never even had to turn on the heat in the winter because it was always hot in there year round. There was one apartment in the building that had ...
bed bugs. No surrounding apartments were treated or even notified. Bed bugs travels to my apartment, as it shared a wall with the one that had it. Was told it was my fault and that I had to pay for it. People there do not look after their dogs either. I was bitten by a pitbull there about 2 years ago ( they weren't allowed either) and my small dog was attacked numerous times at the dog park and the owners would just laugh. Office did nothing about it. One of my children have be physically assaulted and harrassed by kids who's parents don't supervise them. It was witnessed by and reported to the one office manager who did not care nor do anything about it, or the fact that these same children were damaging others properties. Stay away from these apartments. Just because the area is nice does not mean the complex is.

I don’t even know where to begin here. I moved in to Elevation because of the staff was so friendly and made me feel at home. I had a bad encounter with a stranger in the laundromat last night and in the office they said the manager is no longer here. Upon moving in I got a nail cut through my foot. I collected a bag of screws that were left deep in the carpet. I have been sick ever since I had the maintenance man install a ceiling fan in my apartment and it must have disturbed either asbestos, ...
mold or whatever stuff is in the ceiling. I’m taking a piece out to get tested as is making me ill. There’s no cold water in the apartment, they just can’t get it to a comfortable temperature and I have been burned numerous times. The water gets turned off, seems like every other day. Upon moving in I was told there would be a “state of the art” fitness center, it’s been almost a year and there is yet to be any type of fitness center. No progress in sight for this property. I would have some comfort to at know that we at least had the manager still here as I knew she cared and she would try her best to resolve my issues. I am physically ill, frustrated and need to get out of this place before my condition gets worse. Think about it really hard before making a move to this awful place.

Nice enough but continuous issues. When I moved out they did the full walk through and everything was fine. Carpets cleaned everything checked off by them. Then later the bills start coming and the things they have now decided you need to pay for(YES those things they already checked off as good) I tried talking to them, I tried talking to SCOTIA management. WASTE OF TIME.
After 6 years this is still on my credit report however I DO NOT RESPOND TO EXTORTION.
So BEWARE there are some places that ...
will try anything to get extra money from you.
I still lived very close and have a daughter in Tucson, if they had contacted me and said "we changed our mind you need to replace the oven drip trays"(yes that was one of them) (i guess they became dirty after the walk through and had given them the keys), I could easily have done it just to get them off my back, but they don't work that way.

Hello! I'm here to warn that you should avoid living downstairs at Quail Ridge. Your porch is a literal parking space! Your lungs will thank you. The way the outside stairwells crescend over your front door makes all the up/down traffic feel like you're under attack. Management may be incompetent, as there is new soda and snack vending that takes full sun all day. Global warming, anyone? And, unfortunately, there are vehicles with loud stereos idling most nights. foothills, Quail Ridge has a thriving marijuana culture. Expect frequent notices on your door that water is getting shut off the next day, along with spam fliers from Papa Johns. Just keep looking!

The entire complex is infested with bed bugs. Just moved in and these little critters (coming from my downstairs neighbor) decided to welcome me here. Don't bother asking the office about it, they will lie to your face to make a sale. Yeah, utilities paid is wonderful but now I have to buy a new mattress, couch etc because of this infestation. There's plenty of other apartments around. Don't give in to the looks.
