Very neglected property

This property started out to be fantastic! But now it’s been on the fast track to decline lately. It’s neglected. The dog park smells so bad, I have to hold my breath when walking near. Dog poo left, dog owners don’t clean up after their pets. Mail room is always overflowing with trash. Spotty paint jobs down the hallways where you get a sense of vertigo walking through. Soiled carpets. I’ve had to repaint my scratched up doors to help poor Felix. He’s a nice guy, but he’s overwhelmed. Tenants ...

use their balconies as storage and it’s an eyesore! My apt at move in was filthy when I moved in, it took me 4 days to clean what should have been done. I hope Kaitlin’s bonus is worthy, she cuts corners at the cost of the tenants!

There is absolutely not enough parking and management is doing nothing to alleviate the problem. The door of our “secure” building has been broken for 6 months. These should be high priorities but nothing is done.

They lie about price transparency, there's crickets and other bugs in the apartments, there's no assigned covered parking, good luck finding a spot. Management never answers emails.

Nicely constructed community with elevators in every building which seems hard to find in Gilbert. The amenities are amazing, huge fitness center, beautiful clubhouse and pool area especially for a smaller community. We love the convenience of being close to restaurants and shopping.

Love, love, love this apartment complex! Absolutely everything is gorgeous from the floorplans to the amenities. I love that their pool is heated and the amenities are 24/7- huge plus! Walking distance to so much and the staff is super sweet as well!

Moved in recently and I have to say my apartment and staff if great! I have an amazing view of the SanTan Village mall! The office girls Jennifer and Sabrina are kind and very caring with helping me set up my little bird. Maintenance guys are very quick with their responses time. Overall I love the property and location!

Units are amazing, location is close to mall area, to golf, and main event plenty to do around here and the staff maintenance and office are extremely helpful on a scale of 1-10 I just can’t even place is amazing
