Gorgeous community and perfect location
June 22, 2019I absolutely love living at Elevation. It’s Centrally located and within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and more. This place is a classy joint and the staff are helpful and kind. I especially love the convenience of the location and the amenities are bar none. We love using the pool on the weekends! There is a valet trash service that picks up my garbage right outside my door and they have fresh local organic eggs in the office. June 5, 2019I’ve been living here for over a year now and it’s truly my favorite apartment property I’ve lived at. Everyone is so welcoming from my neighbors to the staff. Andrea (Assistant Manager) is so informative and kind when answering my questions. Beautiful Property with Horrible Security
February 19, 2019This property is absolutely beautiful. The amenities and floor plan sold us. However, the security is laughable. One of the reasons we chose this complex was because it appeared to have good security. Beware. The security is smoke and mirrors and totally insufficient for the size of the complex. There is one security guard each night responsible for patrolling the entire complex including the parking garage. Just a couple of months ago a number of cars had windows shattered and items ...stolen. Last night, 2/18/19 at least 11 cars (some people are saying 19 cars) were smash and grabbed. The only response from the office is to call insurance and law enforcement. Duh?! What about preventative measures like an actual security plan with cameras on each floor instead of just at the entrance/exit of the garage. It's happened more than once so maybe they should bring in a security expert to do an audit and then implement some new things? Never moving!!!
April 2, 2018I recently upgraded my living situation by moving to Elevation On Central. I was a bit apprehensive because with taxes, fees, etc it was about $200 more than I was paying before for a larger apartment. But I had zero amenities, zero security, and zero fun. I have only ever lived in small, independently owned buildings, and had no idea what to expect here at Elevation. Move in was seamless. I had to wait 60 days to leave where I had been living so stopped into Elevation frequently to ask ...questions and clarify a few things about my upcoming move and everyone on staff was kind and accommodating. My living experience has been awesome! My apartment faces the pool so in addition to the great view I can hear the large water feature trickling which is really relaxing. There are people who use the clubhouse frequently, and the pool frequently as well, so when my windows are open I can hear some goings on which I enjoy, otherwise it's generally pretty quiet. There has been a single time of someone being inconsiderately loud at a really early hour on a Sunday morning and the security company resolved it quickly. Neighbors are so nice! I really can't say enough nice things about this building. You will pay more to live in this area, no matter where you rent or even buy. But I personally get a lot of value from being in walking distance to dozens of my favorite places. Gorgeous units, amazing staff
November 27, 2017We have been at elevation for 4 months now and have loved our stay so far. Move in was amazing, the staff is friendly and always throws fun events for the residents, and the units are very nice. We love the area and love that there is so much to do within walking distance. The facilities are always clean and the pool and workout spots are fantastic and very well kept. We would suggest staying here to anyone and are happy we chose elevation.Review from Apartments.com
