Great experience!
September 29, 2023My husband and I lived at Eleven Maple for 6 months and the only reason we are leaving is because we bought a house. The units are beautiful and easy to clean. I work from home full time and the building is extremely quiet, we never had any issues with noise day or night. The location is great for all of the nightlife in Bay Shore and Fire Island Ferries too. Lastly, the management company is communicative and easy to work with. March 22, 2023The staff and management are truly amazing at eleven maple. I never had an issue from the day I moved in until the day I left. The property is immaculate at all times and maintained to the highest level. The location is amazing as it is walking distance to many local restaurants and bars! It was quiet and very very modern!!! Nice Location, Responsive Management
October 22, 2022I moved into this apartment community this past OCT and it has been a good experience so far. Some of the things I like best are the location, management, and rent prices. The apartment is located in downtown Bay Shore and is walking distance to many bars and restaurants, I like that the complex isn't next to a major road like a lot of other apartments on Long Island. The management has been extremely responsive. I had a plumbing issue over the weekend and Juan (maintenance) had it completely ...fixed within a few hours of my call, and left everything spotlessly clean. Finally, I think that the rent prices are reasonable for a luxury apartment on Long Island. They don't try to nickel and dime you with excessively high fees, and the management is helpful and unpretentious.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
