June 7, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for about 3 years. Mangement changes hands, what seems like, about 2 times a year. If you try to talk to someone in the Offices, you may as well just write a letter to yourself and burn it, because you won't get a callback. If you park off-street, don't leave anything in your car, because this area is a hot spot for car theft. We recently have been trying to get an itemized list of why they took half of our deposit and then tried to bill us for utilities that we didn't use. The best ...you get is a call from their "Property Managers" over at Avenue 5. Apparently, they don't believe in using email and like to blame the USPS for "Not delivering" mail that they claim "Was sent". If you can't send it as a PDF, maybe you shouldn't manage places where people live. If you do get a reply from management about your review, they say to contact them. This is great for them as they don't ever answer the phone and just wind up sending you to collections and ruining your credit. Once we got the City of Gresham involved, nothing changed. They simply wouldn't answer the phones or return phone calls to the city official.Read More
